The General Terms and Conditions apply to all activities.

Course payment terms: If you cancel the course up to 48 hours before the start, you will receive a refund of the amount minus €25. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours before the start of the workshop/course, you are liable for the full course fee. Even if you agreed to pay the workshop/course fee in cash, you are obliged to transfer the amount in accordance with the above percentages upon cancellation.
