An inner and creative journey of discovery

During this training, I will guide you to strengthen your intuition and connect more deeply with the subtle world of energy, inspiration, and consciousness. At the same time, you will discover how creativity and painting can be a powerful gateway to inner freedom, healing, and self-expression.

By stepping out of your head and creating more from feeling and presence, space opens up for flow, depth, and authenticity. The training focuses on authenticity, awareness, and making visible what lives within you.

What you learn

In this training, you learn to build and manage your energy better. From that solid foundation, you develop your intuitive abilities and increase your confidence in your inner knowing.

We combine intuitive development with creative and painting exercises. Through color, form, texture, and intuitive work, you get to know yourself in a new way. Creativity is not viewed here as something you “have to be good at,” but as a natural flow of expression and awareness.

Energy, consciousness & creation

We practice feeling and reading energy and reflect on auras, chakras, symbolism, and the experience of color. You will discover how creativity can help make deeper layers of yourself visible and how intuition and art can reinforce each other. You will also practice reading the energy of others. Additionally, there is room for meditation, visualization, awareness exercises, and opening up to inspiration from a deeper layer of being.
